This website provides information about Milan Balinton’s campaign for Valley Water Board District 6 and opportunities to volunteer, donate, and connect with the campaign. It is a campaign website, not an official government or election-administration service. For voting eligibility, registration, deadlines, or ballot questions, verify information with your county elections office or the California Secretary of State.

Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, send malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or other visitors. We may take reasonable steps to address abuse and maintain availability.

Provide accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Submission of a form does not guarantee a volunteer assignment or immediate response. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the volunteer form.

SMS participation requires a separate, affirmative opt-in. Providing a phone number or submitting the form alone does not enroll you in recurring texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase, donation, or receipt of services. Our SMS Terms & Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy govern the messaging program.

Campaign names, logos, photographs, text, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to the Committee or their respective owners. You may link to public pages and share campaign materials made available for that purpose, while preserving attribution and avoiding misleading edits or any suggestion of an endorsement that has not been authorized. Other uses remain subject to applicable law and the rights of the relevant owner.

Donation links lead to an external fundraising service. Donations are subject to that service’s terms and policies, the conditions displayed on the donation page, and applicable contribution rules. The volunteer form does not process donations.

We link to external resources for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them.

We aim to keep campaign information accurate and current, but information may change or contain errors. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or for other reasons. To the extent permitted by law, website content is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
